The Jason Deng x Dunk Low Pro SB ‘Street Hawker’ was designed by the Guangzhou artist. Giving the nod to Chinese food culture and street food vendors, the shoe emerges with a mismatched look made up of unique materials, colors and Deng’s watercolor graphics. Representing six regional dishes from six Chinese cities, the design is also highlighted by a wood-grain Swoosh to callout chopsticks, while porcelain bowls are represented by the sockliner. The copper toe box instead recalls boiling chili oil, while the Chinese character for ‘food’ appears on the heel.
